I guess also sometime soon they will be releasing the Ak-47 version also, but I would like to get my hands on the GBBR, I imagine they will put WE, WA, KA, and everybody to shame, I mean, can hardy find any KWA's in stock as it is!

Re: KWA M-4 GBBR
Last time I talked to the engineers over at KWA they were not ready for production on the M4. They currently have 4 prototype units in existence that are sent around to LE and DoC units to pitch the idea of using them for training but none are owned by civilians. They ran into trouble last year with the BATFE and their wonderful ruling on the WA style airsoft GBBR's and had to go back to redesign a half a dozen components. Now with California about to pass an airsoft ban we may see a KWA-USA company move which will set them back even more since the GBBR is being designed and built for the US market. I am still working on getting one of the prototypes to review but it is not likely to happen any time soon.

Let's just keep our Eye on this Item, Whenever they deem to release it to the general Airsoft player I believe it will be worth it. ,
I truely doubt they will send an prototype out to anybody, Don't want give up the KWA edge on things.

Re: KWA M-4 GBBR
I have gotten KWA protos before but there are problems with the GBBRs being released or even transported or shipped across state lines for that matter. Once my FFL01 gets approved I may have a better shot at getting my grubby paws on one.
The problem with the GBBR is that they are awaiting a BATFE ruling to start production. They released a KSC M4 GBBR to other countries in limited production though they are technically different builds as the KSC lacks the NS2 magazine valves and chamber. The system is similar but not identical. Downside is that the KSC is nearly impossible to get into the US due to the build of it. From what I have read it uses 1:1 receiver components. It is as close as you can get to the KWA LM4 for now.

Re: KWA M-4 GBBR
After talking to Jimmie Son my asia contact, He will find an KSC M-4 GBBR, and send it by pieces to me, I recommend him to send the Upper and lower reciever in two packages, and the I will pick up the trigger assembly in September when I am over there.

Re: KWA M-4 GBBR
To an extent, yes. KWA designs the KSC products to be produced for overseas markets by a 'sister company' using different materials than are used for the KWA line of products. The KWA brand items are specifically designed for US markets (and subsequently, our laws). The designs can be similar and even interchangeable for some models but on others they are entirely different. It all depends on the model of the replica.
