aeg m4 pmags
I bought a pmag from bss and it appears it wont lock into my echo1 hk416.I checked it against a high cap that worked got my measurments.I also removed lock from my magwell to verify distance and well not even close its missing the lock area by a distance of 5/16 inch or so.My question is anyone else have this problem? Im hopin to run these type of mags but damn....

If you own a m4/m16 style weapon, you will notice the subtle difference between the magwell of it and of any 416. I own a 416 myself and no PMAG will fit (the front of the mag will the curve begins runs into the 416's steeper magwell). You can either use STANAG mags or you can try some of Magpul's "E-mags" which are a bit lower profile and were actually created to accommodate the market of 5.56 weapons that aren't M4's like the L85, SCAR Mk16, and the H&K 416.

Herm, That does not seem like something that would matter - unless the internal angle is similarly different. But that's just my observation.

The front part of the Pmag butts up against the front lip of the magwell on standard M4's, so yes, it does matter.
