I was wanting some feedback about what type of gun to get first.I am on a tight budget so the lower the price the better.I have seen there is electric and gas.Which one would be the best?I know the rate of fire and velocity is key.

Depends on your budget? What do you prefer having Electric or gas? KJW gas blowback with 4 extra mags 530.00 dollars or G&G electric140- 500.00 not counting battery and extra magazines.

If the gun has a rpm of over 400 and is electric.Would that be a good starting point?
