Top Player Challenge

Was thinking the other night and thought about a different event at the field. It would take some prep work obviously but think it might be something interesting. Basically its a obstacle course. It would prolly require some trails being cut around the land. We could make several obstacles throughout the coarse and then incorparate shooting challenges at different spots. I think shooting events with rifles, pistols, and even dummy grenade throws at targets would be cool. I'm thinking we get a standard GI ruck sack and add a determine amount of weight for simulated gear and have people in timed events running the coarse and completing challenges would be interesting. Obviously, the younger kids would have lighter packs but would have to complete the basic challenges as everybody else. Just some events off the top of my head:

Advance over a wall
Zip line
Rope bridge
Balance beams
Dummy drag (simulated down down soldier)
Belly crawl thru trenches or pipe
Shooting long range target with rifle
Shooting multiple targets with rifle
Shooting long range targets with pistol
Shooting multiple targets with pistol
Hitting bunker with grenades
and whatever else people can think of.......

I say make it an annual event for the field and whoever completes the challenge in the fastest time will be Top Shooter or something for the year. We could incorporate prizes and place that persons pic and title on front webpage for the year. Event might draw more people to the field.

Will have problems with climbing wall , zip line while I will trip it, the whole balance thing Dummy Drag, do it everyday when I climb out of bed the rest I can do with an blind fold, and miss.
