Ammo weight Empty Ammo weight

I have an AEG that states 400-440 fps, it's an m4 with 363mm barrel. What is the correct weight ammo I should use for both range and accuracy? I usually run .20's but they just don't seem to cut it. Any suggestions would help.

go to .25/.27/.28 , you'll see a bit more acurrancy

I run a king Arms m4 and changed from .20g to.30g. The accuracy greatly improved with little or no range loss.
