Team Concerns?

I think we need to seriously look at the team, as far as members (as far as attendence), uniforms (its really shady from what ive heard), new member selection, and a few other things that i believe need to b discussed. I want to hear u guys opinions good or bad heck even curse me if u want but may want to censor it lol. Bottom line what is goin on and where r we goin as a team?

Here's how it is:

Every few games we talk about uniforms. Sometimes we even vote.

Every few other weeks, we talk about the team and what we need. Sometimes we even talk about uniforms.

Every now and then we talk about radios.

Sometimes we even talk about adding new players, and then we might talk about radios and maybe even uniforms.

Sometimes we even vote.

I don't even know who is on the team. Hell, I didn't know you were on it. As far as I knew, it was me, Jaime, Jessie, Howie and Cliff.

EDIT: that may sound harsh, I mean it as funny.

We need to decide on the Uniform, With Radios I believe just having something that works to your own liking, Far as training goes I believe we do this on the field every two weeks just by working as an unit, I know Chu brought up it being unfair, simple way around this, do a few games as an team and the rest as whatever, I am sure we go to other fields they would have been whatever and ran as a team all the time, for recruit people, I believe if they run good with what we are trying to do, and if they feel that we and them makes an good fit, we'll invite them in.

Man, didn't know I was MIA. Trust me if I ain't working on a game day, I'm there.

I wouldn't like to get a uniform settled. I think we ought to dress the same and run together in small units on game days. We are only going to get better if we work together as a team.

As far as equip. you tell me what you want me to carry and I'll start buying it. Simple as that.

I only want the away game uniform settled. Well, really, we should have everything, [exclamation of damnation in a more concise and intuitive manner].

lets just go with
UNIFORMS
1.OD color pants with Tan shirt for hot months,
2.Tan Color pants and Black shirt for Cold months,
3. Then save our other camo for Away games, since most of the time they required certain camo colors, anyways.

WEAPONS
1. Use what ever we got in our own armories,
If you got MP5, M4 (gas and AEG), M14, M249, 9mm, 1911, and Etc.
2. Special Toys, Grenades, Claymores, launchers and Etc.
Bring what you got

RADIOS
1. Any working radio with Headset, handset is great, as long as it has the basic 22 channels with 20-40 sub channels.

RECRUIT
1. When the Recruit runs good with the team, and everybody agrees with the performance of the so call recruit, We as an team will invite him to join.
2. Remember not all the time will an team player will make an game day or event, or even just a work day.

TRAINING
1. Live Fire training as we did in the hotel is the best training to gain from, that means we must run as an team atleast most of the day, Attack and defend, force on force are perfect time to train as an team, even if the other team out numbers us, when playing certain Scenerio games where we must move all over the field, then we will split into two teams, so that way the new players will have players on both teams that knows the field, and we can practice as small squads.
2. If were going to Hwy77 or someplace like that then we'll train an few hours in the morning or afternoon.

Bought OD's today. Bring it !

Is it only for dessert enviroments? I really would like to go with some sort of camo instead of solids for the woods.

I didn't know we had a Banana Sunday Uniform.

Then we need to pick camo, and all I can say is glad no women can see this, becuase we're just as bad them when comes to picking out an dress,

I want something simply and affordable because not everybody can afford , This why I suggested what I did, and save the camo for big events

I say we go Spartan. Bright red cod pieces and nothing else.

I have the tan and black down haha and i will still have to get an issue otv cover in tan to have the tan and od done but if we will run those i am goin to try to thin out some of my other camo stuff.

Tan top & Green pant: Wilcox Summer
(Mixed patterns - OD, BDU, dyed ACU all count as green; same for the other golors)

Away games: What should we go with? It's the age old questioning...

Depends on what the game requirements call for, we know that crestview is anything goes, But like Team Blackjack, Mississippi games will vary so I wouldn't thin out the camos

We know that they use ACU, Woodland, Multicam, and OD, and the Desert Camo of some sorts

Yes, and if we go to a different event, they'll require something else. So the answer is all. But I'll shut up on this subject - you won't hear it from me, anymore.

Noticed today that the uniforms stuck out like sore thumb in woodland play. Not sure this is going to suit our needs as far as wildland attire. Just my 2 cents
